*Video Shows Delta Pilot Hitting Passenger:

A video obtained and posted by TMZ shows a Delta pilot hitting a female passenger in an attempt to break up a fight that occurred inside a jetway at the Atlanta airport as passengers were deplaning. The flight originated in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on April 21. In a statement, Delta said it investigated the incident and immediately sidelined the pilot, but found that he acted appropriately by breaking up the fight. “We became aware of this incident and a video last week and immediately removed the pilot from duty while we completed a thorough investigation. Local law enforcement was called to respond at the time of the incident,” the statement reads. “The pilot has since been returned to work as our investigation found that his actions deescalated an altercation between passengers on the jetway floor during deplaning.” TMZ reports that the women know each other and were involved in an altercation earlier during the flight. The women reportedly do not plan to press charges.
*Trump: Dems Are ‘Party of Obstruction’:

President Donald Trump went after the Democratic Party in an early-morning tweet on Sunday, calling them “the party of obstruction” because they lack a “real leader.” Trump’s critique comes on the heels of a rally last night in Pennsylvania during which he blasted the media and the Democrats while celebrating his first 100 days in office. “They are only interested in themselves and not in what’s best for U.S.,” Trump said in the tweet. The president decided in February that he would skip Saturday’s annual White House Correspondents Dinner, a traditional coming-together of the press and the White House in celebration of the First Amendment. In a subsequent tweet, Trump went after ObamaCare and said the Democrats are only trying to save it because they “want billions to go to insurance companies to bail out donors.” He promised a new plan with “lower premiums & deductibles.”
*MENACING – Hacker Threatens to Release Stolen Netflix Series:

A hacker is demanding ransom from Netflix to stop him from releasing stolen copies of the hit series Orange Is the New Black. Calling himself “The Dark Overlord,” the hacker has already uploaded a file to an illegal fire-sharing service that he claims is the first episode of the next season. The threats come just over a month before the show’s season premiere is set to be released. The video streaming service has described the incident as an “active situation,” saying the FBI is already investigating a breach at a production vendor that works with numerous major television studios. In his ransom note, the hacker says he stole copies of other television series as well, promising to release them if his “modest” demands are not met. The amount of his ransom demands was not specified, nor were the titles of the other shows he claims to have pirated.
*Turkey Blocks Wikipedia With No Explanation:
Turkish authorities have blocked access to Wikipedia without giving any explanation for the move. In a brief statement issued by the country’s Information and Communication Technologies Authority, the government said “ an administrative measure has been taken for this website” after “technical analysis and legal consideration,” the BBC reported Saturday. The move comes amid heated debate in the country over President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s April 16 referendum, which critics say gave the president an unprecedented amount of new powers despite being full of electoral violations. Some now say the government is attempting to silence criticism of Erdogan on Wikipedia by blocking access to the encyclopedia page. Turkey, ranked 155 out of 180 countries for press freedom by Reporters Without Borders, has previously blocked Facebook and Twitter amid public unrest and in the wake of terror attacks.
*Pope Calls for Christian-Muslim Unity in Visit to Egypt:
In a historic visit to Egypt this weekend, Pope Francis called for Christian-Muslim unity and sought to comfort the country’s Catholic population in the wake of deadly attacks by Islamic militants. Pope Francis’ visit – the first visit to Egypt by a pope in 20 years – came just weeks after dozens of Christians were killed in twin church bombings claimed by the IslamicState. A separate attack on a Coptic church in December claimed another 29 lives, and Pope Francis made a point to visit that church on Friday. On Saturday, he continued to send a message against religious violence with a mass held at an outdoor stadium near Cairo. Speaking to an estimated 15,000 people in attendance, he told Egyptian Catholics to be kind to their fellow countrymen even if they practice Islam, saying “the only fanaticism believers can have is that of charity!” Francis also met with members of the Egyptian clergy before being seen off at the airport by President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi on Saturday.

*LBN-COMMENTARY by Frank Bruni: One hundred days, too many of them filled with needless drama and gratuitous insult, and still I remember the first full one. Still it makes me cringe. That was when Donald Trump visited and made remarks at the C.I.A. He had fences to mend with the American intelligence community, whose failure to fall fawningly in line with his nascent administration had prompted him to compare them to Nazis. He stood before a wall of stars that commemorated lives sacrificed for country. And what message did he bring? What manner did he summon? He lied, saying that the media had invented his feud with the agency. He lashed out at suggestions that his inaugural crowds hadn’t been the biggest and most orgiastic. To top it all off, he crowed about how often he’d claimed the cover of Time magazine, because who isn’t fascinated by that? Who doesn’t want a running tally? Whose heart doesn’t beat faster when Trump yet again ponders the glory of Trump?
